Are all Items Discounted to 50% on the half off day? NO. Consignors determine if they would like to mark their items down for discount. There will be a very large selection of half off items to choose from but not all inventories will be 50% off. Tags MUST be printed “Discount: YES” in order to receive the discount on discounted days/times.

Can I bring my stroller? Strollers are allowed into the sale but will be tagged. Please be mindful of your stroller as there is not much room to maneuver and the sale floor is busy. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Can I try items on? Trying on clothes will not be permitted. Can I bring my own bags, baskets or rolling carts to the sale? YES! We also have some large IKEA bags that shoppers can borrow while they shop! Due to HIGH volumes on opening night, we cannot guarantee having enough IKEA bags for all shoppers, so please come prepared.

Do I have to pay for admission to the sale? Public Sale Hours Admission is free to all Twice Loved Consignment Sales. We do not charge to shop (with the exception of Early Access Pre-Sale Shops) or park at our sales.

How can I shop early? Volunteers shop first. The more shifts you volunteer the earlier you get to shop!! Consignors, vendors and contest winners also shop early!

How often are your sales? We will have a Spring and Fall sales events for our Calvert County location. Sales are usually in April/May and September/October.

What can I expect to find at the sale? Each seasonal sale offers a different variety of merchandise. Generally speaking, our Twice Loved Kids Sale will be kids clothing sizes preemie to “big kid” size 18, maternity wear, shoes and accessories, strollers, baby gear, diaper bags, bedding, nursery and children’s furniture, toys (indoor and outdoor), books, DVDs, and more!! Our Twice Loved Teen-Adult Sale will be teen-adult clothing, handbags, hats, shoes, books , decor, kitchenware, holiday decor, collectables, furniture, sporting goods, tools, electronics, and much more!! When shopping our event you can expect to pay 40-70% less than retail on High Quality name brand and boutique merchandise.

What if I change my mind on a purchase when I get home? Or I notice that there is a defect on my purchased item? We are sorry but ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept any returns or exchanges so please inspect and consider your purchases carefully. In the event you change your mind we suggest that you plan to consign the item(s) at our next Sale.

What payment methods are accepted? We accept cash and all major credit cards. We appreciate cash payments, especially for transactions under $10. We do not accept personal checks. Please be advised that all sales are final.
